The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and auditing all hotel transactions while providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This role ensures the accuracy of guest accounts, prepares reports for management, and maintains a secure, welcoming environment throughout the night.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality, accounting, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with computer systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver courteous service to guests and coworkers alike
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work overnight with minimal supervision and remain alert and professional during all hours
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and respond to signs of emergency situations
