Head of Protocol Relations

DoubleZero Foundation is seeking a Head of Protocol Relations to own and grow our relationship with users of the DoubleZero network as it scales up to support high-performance distributed systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total DevRel, technical user support, or developer experience, ideally with managerial experience
• 2+ years of crypto experience, ideally with strong knowledge of the validator & MEV space
• Experience in supporting large groups of users and deploying scalable support frameworks
• Ability to deal with ambiguity; can bring structure and focus to complex questions
• Ability to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Comfort with technical enterprise products
