The EA IV - Bridge Transition Program is responsible for assisting students with significant support needs to acquire and maintain appropriate employment skills. The position involves supervision, transportation, and community relations.
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- CPI - DCSD, First Aid/CPR Certification - Colorado, Small Vehicle Driver's License - Colorado DMV
- Ability to run short distances
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to support positive outcomes
- Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, database and spreadsheets
- Maintains a generally positive attitude
- Observes all District policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
