Job Description
Dowbuilt is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead the build of high-end residential projects. The role involves managing schedule, budget, resource allocation, and client communication. The ideal candidate is technical, design-savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and/or Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE is preferred.
