Sr. ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the end-to-end redevelopment of a custom, homegrown application within the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on custom application development
• Deep familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Request, Problem Management)
• Experience designing custom data schemas and developing applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Proven ability to manage complex data migrations, including attachment handling and transformation logic
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Notifications
• Demonstrated experience with role-based access control (RBAC), ACL configuration, and secure app design
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or similar tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented, consultative environment
