Job Description

This customer-facing role involves full-cycle HR functions, handling personnel changes, resolving HR-related queries, and contributing to strategic HR projects. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and have strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Operations/Advisor role
- Experience applying internal policies and labor law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (and preferably Dutch)
