HR Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

DP World is seeking a full-time HR Sachbearbeiter to process and manage employee records, perform pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities. The role involves supporting employee life cycle initiatives, such as employee surveys and events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Collaboration with various HR departments and external stakeholders is also expected.

Requirements

• Processing and maintaining employee records, including personnel records and HRIS data.
• Pre-employment screening and coordination of onboarding activities.
• Support at onboarding and offboarding processes, data management and related processes.
• Employee bond initiation support and participation in events.
• HR project coordination and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support in adhering to legal regulations and HR policies.
• Customer support for employees and management.
