Job Description
Join Deutsche Private Equity as an intern and become a full member of the Deal Team. You will contribute to the growth of the corporate family by participating in all phases of a transaction, supporting due diligence processes, assisting in company valuation and investment proposals, and actively engaging in team meetings. This internship offers comprehensive insights into the private equity industry and the opportunity to develop professional and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree with very good grades in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Relevant prior experience (at least one completed internship) in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
- Good knowledge of accounting and initial experience in financial / LBO modeling
- Analytical thinking combined with an independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic
- High social competence and communication skills
- Enjoy working in small teams with the desire to learn and understand new developments
- Availability of at least 12 weeks full-time
