Job Description
Our goal is to lead significant global initiatives and build a Finance area focused on Corporate Development and M&A. The Corporate Development / M&A Manager will coordinate the strategic growth activities of the DQS group, lead M&A projects, and manage the financial model. This role involves building an integrated financial model, conducting due diligence, and building external growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics Informatics or equivalent
- 5+ years of practical business experience in M&A/Business Development
- Solid knowledge of financial modelling, balance sheet and cashflow knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High resilience and ability to cope with stress
- Experience in M&A contract negotiations
- Confident English and German skills
