The role involves representing the brand in premium retail, advising customers, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences. Requirements
- Enthusiasm for skincare and active cosmetics
- A current degree or experience in retail (as a beauty advisor, salesperson in the beauty industry or comparable)
- Initial professional experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics sector
- Positive charisma, strong customer focus and well-groomed appearance
- Reliability, initiative and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of skin health and skincare is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, further languages are an advantage
