Job Description
Dr. Squatch is seeking a National Account Manager to join their London-based team. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with key German launch partners, driving sustainable growth in the German market, and ensuring Dr. Squatch thrives on shelf and with consumers. The ideal candidate will leverage insights from the EU office to optimize performance and ROI.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG account management, with some time spent managing the German drug channel.
- Fluent in German (native or business-level) and fully proficient in English.
- Strong negotiation and joint business planning skills.
- Proficiency in account-level P&L ownership and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel to Germany from the UK 4–6 times per year.
