Job Description
DREAM, founded in 1991 and serving over 2,500 students in the East Harlem and South Bronx through charter schools, is seeking a Director of Business Strategy to support annual and long-term planning. The role involves financial analysis, strategic decisions, and leadership in a mission-oriented environment. The organization focuses on rigorous academics, social-emotional learning, and community engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, consulting, or similar fields
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
- Deep Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in project management
