Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation solutions. This role requires expertise in various automation platforms and AI tools to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. The specialist will build automated workflows, maintain existing systems, and collaborate with leadership on custom solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms including Claude AI, Retell AI, and conversational AI technologies
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), and API integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience adapting automation solutions across different industries and business contexts
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently
