Social Media Manager (eCommerce)

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across multiple social platforms, specifically for eCommerce. The role requires a deep understanding of the online customer journey and expertise in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will create engaging content and manage paid social campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of social commerce, platform algorithms, and the customer buying journey.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite (or other eCommerce platforms), Google Analytics, and content creation/editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
