Job Description
We are looking for a Support & Functional Management Consultant to play a key role in supporting higher education institutions and contribute to the digital transformation of education. As a key contact for our customers, you will provide excellent advice and support for our customers, combining customer support with technical work in functional management.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented and passionate for improving education and digital processes
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English
- Relevant technical education at HBO or WO level
- Good handle with digital learning environments (experience with Canvas is a plus)
- Flexible to travel within the Benelux for customer assignments
