Job Description
The Health Education Specialist is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and presenting the Cadena de Madres educational curriculum in the form of a baby shower, conducting hospital and home visits, and making referrals to community resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year degree or Associate's degree in social work or related field preferred
- One year work experience in social service to include program administration
- Three years in social work or family support as an educator preferred
