Job Description
Drivemode is seeking a highly effective Project Management Leader to manage a technical program manager team and deliver high-quality mobile apps. This leadership role reports to Drivemode and various Honda teams, acting as a central point for program delivery. The position is key to expanding Drivemode's vision into the electric vehicle (BEV) market.
Requirements
- 12+ years of practical experience in a related industry
- 8+ of those years must be spent managing projects or program managers in large software development projects
- Fluent in Japanese (Native Level) and English (Business Level or Higher)
- Deep understanding of vehicle-in-a-car (V2C) software, cloud systems, mobile apps, and API implementations
- Deep expertise in both engineering and waterfall methodologies
- Advanced skills in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
