Take 5 Oil Change is a friendly and efficient oil change shop looking for a Shop Manager to join their team. The Shop Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and training new crew members, creating crew schedules, controlling inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time
• Basic computer operating skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
