The Finance and Administration Team is looking for a new talent to join! We are looking for a person who will take ownership of day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth financial workflow across the company.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting or other financial administrative roles
- Good understanding of accounting principles (invoices, payments, AP/AR)
- Experience working with financial systems / ERP / workflow platforms and online banking
- Solid knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
- Outstanding organizational & analytical skills with great attention to detail
- A proactive approach, strong ownership, a can-do attitude and willingness to improve processes
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with external accounting partners and internal teams
- Openness to work from the office when needed (the possibility of working remotely up to 3 days a week)
- Fluent command of written and spoken Polish (at a native level)
- Ability to communicate confidently in English (min. B1 level)
