DroneDeploy is seeking a Product Support Consultant based in Brazil to provide localized, real-time support to customers across Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus
- University degree or equivalent experience in GIS, Geomatics, or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- High degree of customer empathy and professionalism, including experience supporting enterprise users
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role
