Drug Hunter is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale their go-to-market motion as they grow. This role focuses on building awareness, generating demand, and capturing high-quality opportunities for the commercial team, partnering with scientific and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will own and optimize marketing performance across key channels.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in growth marketing
• Proven success owning and scaling B2B subscription marketing funnels
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation platforms (HubSpot, attribution models)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-directed and resourceful with a passion for ownership
