Job Description
DRW is a diversified trading firm seeking a Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills and a passion for market integrity to join its Trade Surveillance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering or Quantitative Economics (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, data analysis or a related role
- Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document processes and findings
- Detail-oriented with a structured problem-solving mindset
