Your Tasks: Independent project management of complex projects in urban and neighborhood development, coordination of measures of urban services and participating parties, grant and financial management, care of project-related public relations, advice to municipalities, citizens, and other third parties, project management of individual building measures.

Requirements

• Completed studies in geography, urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture, real estate management, social sciences, and comparable qualifications
• Comprehensive, multi-year experience in the field of urban development promotion and citizen participation
• Knowledge of urban planning law and the structure of the German urban development promotion landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Understanding of process flows in municipal administrations
