Requirements
- Completed studies in geography, urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture, real estate management, social sciences, and comparable qualifications
- Comprehensive, multi-year experience in the field of urban development promotion and citizen participation
- Knowledge of urban planning law and the structure of the German urban development promotion landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with assertiveness
- Understanding of process flows in municipal administrations
