dss+ is a global operations consulting firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment process and recruitment marketing activities in Tokyo, Japan. The role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a global consulting organisation with strong values and purpose.

Requirements

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or up to two years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, communications or social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter).
• Native Japanese speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
