Job Description
DTCC Digital Assets is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the design and development of blockchain-based software solutions for the financial sector. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements. Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum governance.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively with diverse collaborators and multi-functional teams.
- Familiarity with blockchain-based financial systems or smart contract platforms.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
