Job Description
Duda Farm Fresh Foods is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Research Technician to join their Research and Development team in Salinas, CA. The role involves assisting with all technical aspects of celery and radish breeding programs, including seed preparation, planting, harvesting, and testing. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a sophisticated program and provides technical support.
Requirements
- Monitoring greenhouse and cages for plant health issues.
- Harvesting and cleaning seed for selections.
- Conducting germination tests and recording results.
- Working outside of normal business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) and weekends when necessary.
