Job Description
A diversified land management company, Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Shop Supervisor for its Sod Farm in Lake Placid, FL. The role involves supervision of mechanics and service personnel, maintaining equipment, preparing work orders, and budget management. The company operates a range of businesses including fresh food production and real estate development.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Diesel mechanic, welding, fabrication hydraulics preferred
- Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
- Ability to pass a physical, drug test, criminal background check, and valid driver's license
- Great attitude and a desire to learn
