Senior Environmental Compliance Manager

Dudek, a 100% employee-owned firm, is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to support environmental compliance services. This hybrid position, primarily office-based in Northern California, involves leading environmental compliance projects, preparing documents, tracking commitments, and coordinating with clients and field personnel. The role requires a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and innovation, contributing to projects that address key societal issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, or other related field.
• A minimum of at least 12 years of combined experience leading teams in complex project due-diligence, large infrastructure project management, preparing permitting and environmental documents, managing, and supervising staff, and overseeing technical quality.
• Strong technical writing and research skills as well as solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
• Must be able to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Self-motivated with an interest to learn and grow as a project team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance.
