Job Description
The Director of Hotel Intelligence is a key role focusing on driving business growth through data and industry relationships. This position involves developing and promoting P&L benchmarking analytics to enhance business development and provide critical insights to strategic decisions. As a Subject Matter Expert, the role requires travel and proactive communication with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a proactive, customer facing role
- Knowledge of the hotel industry, including operational best practices and market trends
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- Willingness to travel as the role demands, including international trips
- NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI)
- Prior experience working with organizational leaders and executive teams
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment
