Job Description
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PET) role responsible for coordinating and participating in technical tasks, tests, and determinations involving radioactive materials and measurement instrumentation. Coordinates and participates in a variety of technical procedures, including in vivo and in vitro studies, and operates radiation detection and measurement instrumentation.
Requirements
- Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification
- ARRT (N) certification and/or NMTCB certification within 18 months of employment
- BLS certification
- Ability to use office related computer software
- Possess knowledge of radiation protection and safety
- General computer knowledge
- IV placement and management skills
