Job Description
Dunlop Manufacturing is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting staff and manage all accounting and reporting. The role involves significant financial responsibilities, including budget management, cash flow control, payroll, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and financial analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 5-10 years experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
