Tool Maker

The Tool Maker position involves making and repairing all necessary tool components, including dove tails, counterbores, drills, and reamers. This role requires analysis of tool specifications, accurate assembly, and adherence to quality standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area and reading blueprints.

Requirements

• Tool Maker Certification
• Advanced math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use mills, lathes, grinders, CNC equipment, and EDM equipment
• Advanced computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read job layouts
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to read and understand basic English
• Advanced blueprint reading
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
