Business controller

As a business controller at Dura Vermeer Autobeheer, you will ensure that the financial and operational aspects of our organization come together seamlessly. You will lead a team of three colleagues and work closely with a team of eight people in total. Your team deals with various aspects of business operations, including lease administration, damage administration, and sales.

Requirements

• At least HBO level, direction finance, business economics or business control
• Affinity with lease and/or automotive
• Experience with financial reports and year-end reports
• Affinity with operations and process optimization
• Experience with BI tools and ERP systems (knowledge of Carwise is an advantage)
• A helicopter view, can coach and motivate
• Can connect, know how to weigh interests carefully and bridge different parties
• Know how to translate strategic into operational work
• Like to take action and dare to take the initiative
