We are looking for a civil engineering project manager who is responsible for a safe working environment and wants to work with their team on complex, but especially challenging renovation and transformation projects in the Rotterdam area and surroundings.

Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO degree in the direction of civil engineering.
• At least 3 years of recent relevant work experience as (part) executioner preferably with maintenance and renovation in residential and utility construction and with foundation technology.
• Digitally equipped, with the correct administrative recording of the progress of the project in our automated system.
• Cost-conscious and you keep an eye on the overview with the quality and quantity of your responsibilities within the project.
• Set high standards for the quality of your work.
