As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the right HR policy for our company and helping managers get the best out of people. You will also contribute to organizational development, team development, and various other personnel issues.
Requirements
- HBO or WO degree in HRM, Labour and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Science
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an HR Manager
- Experience in an MT role
- High degree of organizational sensitivity
- Excellent communicative and advisory skills
- Available 32-40 hours a week
