We are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to bring structure, stability and results in complex IT environments. As an IT Change Manager at Dura Vermeer, you will ensure a careful and predictable change process and ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and minimally impactful way.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in the direction of IT, business administration or information science (or comparable education);
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in change management and preferably in environments where processes and methods are still in development and in collaboration with Managed Service Providers;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview and set priorities;
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 Foundation (certification required), ITIL Specialist or Agile/SAFe is nice to have;
- Experience with TOPdesk and proficient in optimizing and setting up change workflows;
- You are communicatively skilled, stress-resistant and decision-making;
- Coaching, connecting and focused on collaboration;
- A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to achieve results;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing;
