IT Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to bring structure, stability and results in complex IT environments. As an IT Change Manager at Dura Vermeer, you will ensure a careful and predictable change process and ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and minimally impactful way.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in the direction of IT, business administration or information science (or comparable education);
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in change management and preferably in environments where processes and methods are still in development and in collaboration with Managed Service Providers;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview and set priorities;
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 Foundation (certification required), ITIL Specialist or Agile/SAFe is nice to have;
• Experience with TOPdesk and proficient in optimizing and setting up change workflows;
• You are communicatively skilled, stress-resistant and decision-making;
• Coaching, connecting and focused on collaboration;
• A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to achieve results;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing;
