You will work as a Civil Cost Specialist in the Noord Oost region, determining the course of projects from the start and ensuring accurate cost estimates. You will coordinate with project leaders and contractors, prepare cost estimates, and provide input for EMVI/plan of approach.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cost estimating within the infrastructure sector.
• HBO level, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Skills in cost estimating software Metacom and Office 365, Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the infrastructure industry.
