You ensure that bridges, locks, (water) roads, runways, and/or area contracts remain safe and reliable. Requirements
- Promoting a smooth collaboration with partners and subcontractors
- Monitoring multi-year maintenance forecasts
- Optimizing processes in the areas of finance, technology, and execution
- Translating policy objectives, work processes, and quality guidelines into practical implementation
- Organizing and managing project teams and preparing the budget
- Formulating and distributing request specifications and evaluating bids
- Developing a thorough Plan of Action, risk register, budget, and order assignment to the contractor
- When necessary: participating in tenders for future projects
