Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management of installation technical projects with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management
• Integrated technical background in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering
• Innovative mindset: able to think outside the box, entrepreneurial spirit and interest in new technologies and sustainable solutions
• Strong leadership skills: able to motivate teams, create a positive work environment, customer-focused and agile in dynamic environments
• Organizational thinker: able to bring ideas for organizational development and willing to actively contribute to the growth of Dura Vermeer Techniek.
