Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Werkvoorbereider to join our team at Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuid. As a planner, you will work on landmark building projects and the latest technologies, using BIM models to develop and refine plans and drawings. You will be responsible for planning, work schedules, procurement, and administrative processing of projects, as well as coordinating with external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will also work with a team of 25 civil engineers and contribute to the realization of sustainable and energy-neutral utility and housing projects in the Noord-Brabant region.
Requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education in Construction, Built Environment, or similar technical education
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a planner/BIM engineer in the utility construction sector
- Strong in planning and organizing, with ability to switch to ad-hoc work
- No problem with time pressure and deadlines
- Lives in the region of Noord-Brabant
