We are looking for an independent executor with experience in house construction, high-rise construction or utility construction. As an executor, you will be the hub on the construction site, responsible for the daily management of our house construction projects. You will work closely with various departments and external partners to ensure a smooth construction process.
Requirements
- A completed MBO or HBO degree in the direction of building or a related technical degree
- Experience as an executor in house construction
- A thorough knowledge of construction methods and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team and ensure a safe working environment
- Affinity with modern communication tools such as computers and tablets
- Problem-solving ability and pragmatic attitude
