We are looking for a Preparation Manager to join our team in Utrecht. As a Preparation Manager, you will be involved in our projects in the Netherlands from the first idea to the handover, ensuring that everything works technically, financially, and organizationally. You will work closely with the project team, prepare procurement, and monitor financial progress.

Requirements

• A completed MBO or HBO education, for example in Building Construction, Built Environment or a similar technical education.
• 2+ years of work experience as a preparation manager (or a comparable position).
• Strong in planning and organizing, but also able to switch to ad-hoc work.
• Experience with BIM programs such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
