We are looking for a Housing Construction Coordinator who ensures our housing projects run smoothly. You will be the right-hand man of the project leader and coordinate all disciplines, from construction to installation technology. No experience as a coordinator? No problem, we can teach you everything!

Requirements

• A completed MBO and/or HBO education in the direction of Construction
• Experience as a coordinator or BIM engineer, preferably with a construction company, contractor or architectural bureau
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• You are living in the Noord Oost Nederland region
