Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple software development projects across various industries, working with experienced technologists to create peerless solutions. The role requires strong facilitation skills, prioritization of requirements, and effective interaction with clients, suppliers, and the internal production team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management with extensive planning and/or management experience on multiple software development projects
- Experience in SDLC methodologies such as AGILE (SCRUM, Kanban, etc), Scaled AGILE, Waterfall (PMP, PMBOK, Prince 2)
- Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP / PRINCE II / PMBOK certification)
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
