Job Description
Dynacare is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to process blood samples, enter requisitions, and provide customer service in a fun, team-oriented environment. The role involves handling specimens with care and empathy, contributing to a positive patient experience. Position is contract-based with a 6-month commitment.
Requirements
- Completed Secondary School
- Laboratory Assistant training or Medical Lab Assistance course with specialized training in phlebotomy
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
- Customer-focused with genuine care for patient's health
- Detail-oriented and self-managed
- Able to manage anxious patients
