Job Description
The Lab Manager will work closely with research and administration teams to manage lab operations, develop processes to improve efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in lab management or scientific operations
- Experience with procurement of lab common supplies and lab inventory management system
- Expertise in contract/quotation negotiations and shipping/receiving
- Knowledge of lab safety and OSHA regulations and safety training
