Job Description
Develop manufacturing processes, collaborate with design engineers, and lead manufacturing improvements. Provide day-to-day support for the production floor and interface with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer
- Process background in Grinding, Polishing, Finishing, Cutting and Assembly
- Hands-on problem solver with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices & principles
