Dynatron Software is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Executive to lead regional growth and revenue performance across Southern California. As the Sr Sales Executive, you will own the full go-to-market strategy within your region, driving new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and championing Dynatron's value proposition across the automotive service industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations
• Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchasing decisions
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably SugarCRM) and sales technology platforms
