The Sales and Applications Senior Engineer generates proposals and quotes for equipment and consumables, reviews sales contracts, and provides technical support to customers and sales staff.
Requirements
- Ability to call on end-user accounts and close sales on service-related products
- Meet minimum sales targets on selected products for yearly revenue
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities of Dynisco products
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information
- Responsible for tracking and reporting status of the user base using the CRM database
- Acts to motivate, coach and develop the team
- Leadership: communicate a positive and enthusiastic vision to other team leaders and support staff
- Ensure continuous up-to-date knowledge of products, technology, field and related technology
- Manage existing service accounts, build relationships, and recognize opportunities to grow their business
- Product application expert with ability to deliver professional demonstrations and install equipment
- Educate and support distributors in service sales to drive business growth and profits
- Stay informed about industry standards and competition
- Maintain records of sales and service activities and report to the Service Manager
