Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Lead Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing and launching advanced manufacturing processes, leading a team of high-performing Manufacturing Engineers, and driving Contract Manufacturers (CM) and Joint Design Manufacturers (JDM) execution. Works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, industrialization, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and launching advanced production line.
• Proven experience as a strong people leader and mentor.
• Deep CM/JDM/OEM Management Experience
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) at external partner sites and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Hands-on, problem solver mentality
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, outsourced environment.
